Yes! On our AI Design Assistant page, you can upload an image of a dress you like or even a rough sketch. Our AI will use it as a starting point for your custom design.

How is the price of my dress calculated?

The price is calculated dynamically. It starts with a base price for the dress type and updates in real-time as you select different fabrics, lengths, and other custom features. All costs are shown transparently in the design summary.

What is the '$10 Reserve My Dress' option?

This is an option for you to secure your design and place it in our production queue with a small, upfront deposit. You can then pay the remaining balance at your convenience via a link we send to your email or WhatsApp.

How long does it take to receive my dress?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our dresses, we generally cannot offer full refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis, especially if there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your options.
